Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in the Sculpt41° outdoor mat class and event experience, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily choosing to take part in a physical activity. I understand that participation is entirely at my own risk.

I understand that physical exercise, particularly in an outdoor setting, involves inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, slips or falls, dehydration, weather exposure, uneven terrain, and proximity to water.

I confirm that I am 18 years or older. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and have no medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that would prevent my safe involvement. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements when necessary, and stop participation if I feel discomfort or risk.

I acknowledge that Sculpt41°, its instructors, event hosts, venue partners, and all affiliated staff are not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sculpt41° and all associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event and may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation or additional consent.

I acknowledge that my ticket purchase is final. Cancellations are only eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase, after which all sales are non-refundable.

By proceeding with my purchase and/or participation, I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this waiver.
